Here’s the thing about happiness – it is a net multiplier.  If you share happiness with someone else, it makes them happy and makes you happier.  They then are in a better position to share happiness, which makes another person happy and makes them even happier.  Eventually, this happiness gets back to you, coming from someone else who you didn’t even know was in the circle you started, but it loops again — over and over.
