Change Your Life

 

This is one of the core tenets of Happiness as a Second Language.  It’s all about making very small changes, every day, in the way you interact with other people, and what you say to yourself and about yourself.

If you make a commitment to add Happiness to your daily routine, pretty soon, you will be the happy person that you keep saying you are (as instructed in Chapter One), and you’ll find it much easier to stay that way.
